Tier 1 - Chemical Service Only

Averaging $40-$90 per month

  • Weekly testing & balancing of pool chemistry (i.e. Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, etc.)

  • Visual inspection of water clarity & equipment operation

  • Noting/Reporting found issues

Tier 2 - Chemical + Skim & Brush

Averaging $80-$160 per month

  • All of Tier 1, plus

  • Skim pool surface for debris

  • Brush pool walls/steps

  • Empty skimmer & pump baskets

  • Light visual equipment check each visit

Tier 3 - Full Service

Averaging $120-$250+ per month

  • All of Tier 1 & 2, plus

  • Vacuum entire pool as needed

  • Clean/backwash filter system

  • Inspect & maintain all equipment

  • Check skimmer, pump, and automation settings

  • Report/repair issues as needed

  • Pressure Washing

  • Weed Control

What is Included

  • Full visual inspection: Comprehensive walk through checking for obvious leaks, equipment failures, deck cracks, wet spots, and plumbing issues

  • Dye Testing: Targeted dye testing around common leak points such as returns, main drains, lights, fittings, etc to identify suction-side or pressure-side leaks

  • Pressure Testing Every Circuit: Each plumbing line is isolated and individually pressure tested, including skimmer line, spa jets, vacuum/cleaner line, and main drain

  • Final Report & Repair Options: Once the leak has been thoroughly examined, photos and videos will be provided if needed, and repair recommendations will be given

  • Standard Leak Detection (Residential Pool): $375-$525: Includes complete inspection, dye testing, pressure testing of all circuits, and dive inspection

  • Spa Add On: $75-$125

  • Underground Plumbing Leak Detection$150-$300: if acoustic or advanced locating is required

  • Light Niche Repair/ Conduit Sealing $150-$350: Depends on access and materials

  • Structural Crack Epoxy/Seal Repair $150-$400: Depends on access and materials

  • Major Repairs: Pricing quote determined upon site inspection

Home Watch Services

Basic

$100 per month

  • Examining home exterior for damage/vandalism

  • Check for signs of water leaks

  • Verifying AC system’s proper function

  • Running faucets & flushing toilets

  • Checking for mold & mildew

  • Ensuring doors & windows are sealed

Plus

$130-$175 per month

  • Includes all Basic services, as well as

  • Starting/Charging vehicles (Disclosure Agreement)

  • Inspecting electrical panel for tripped breakers

  • Running disposal & checking dishwasher

Premium

$160-$215 per month

  • Includes all Basic & Plus services, as well as

  • Watering Interior Plants

  • Installing storm shutters

  • Performing storm prep
